Walls 2 Floors Omaha Home Improvement is a second-generation family-owned remodeling company that leans on our Christian faith to serve our customers with our unique God-given gifts and talents. Our work is our calling, and we do the best work for our clients with a heart full of love for Him.

Our father, “the Doc,” started our company in western Iowa 40 years ago. Since then, we steadily expanded our service to cover Omaha’s greater Metro area, which led to our family’s move to west Omaha. We feel blessed to be working together daily and have a close-knit family, which helps us manage and maintain a work-life balance.

While working with clients, we strive to develop relationships, listen, offer suggestions, solve problems, and ultimately improve clients’ homes, offices, or businesses. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and is directly responsible for our job and service satisfaction.

We receive many calls from people experiencing an unexpected problem. If we can solve their problem without interrupting their lives and at the best price, we have achieved our goal. It is inevitable that during any project, an issue may arise or a problem may be uncovered. We always follow the right way to solve a customer’s problem even if it is not the most profitable for our business. Our central motivation is honoring our faith through our business rather than making a profit.

We pride ourselves on honesty and ethical business practices. We believe in providing top-quality customer service and value for money. A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and recommendations by our former customers. We are small enough to treat clients as individuals but large enough to tackle projects of any size.
